YOU GUYS! You need to try this Chocolate Banana Cream {Kids Dessert Idea}. Your kids will thank you for it. I promise. It’s SOOOOOO good! The best part? It takes minutes to make-MINUTES! I probably sound like a used car salesman, but few things get me more excited than pie…except maybe chocolate. Which is why I am drooling over this pie because it has both! And it has bananas so it’s better for you, right? Right.
This was actually really fun to make. My kids both helped me make the pudding. All you have to do is stir it with a whisk and the kids had that covered. My son did try to stir it with a pasta spoon, so that’s something we’ll need to work on. He’s 3 so we still have time to domesticate him.

My kids went CRAZY over this dessert. Okay, I went a little crazy, too. I’ve mentioned before that my oldest child just started school on Monday and all day Kindergarten is rough on kids (at least mine). She comes home tired and cranky and sometimes a little treat is just the pick me up she needs to feel special. For a girl that loves chocolate more than life itself, this is the perfect dessert!

Yummm, this looks delicious! And so refreshing during warm summer weather. My 3-year old son has insisted for months that he hates bananas (he definitely doesn’t, he just likes to be picky and difficult!), and recently admitted to loving them (and ate 3 in one day). So a dessert like this is back on the table for us 😉
