Coconut Almond Fudge and Hawaiian Christmas Gift Printable
Ingredients
Chocolate Almond Layer
- 1 12 oz bag milk chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped Planters Cocoa Almonds
Coconut Layer
- 1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. shredded sweetened coconut
Instructions
Chocolate Almond Layer
- Add milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a pan and cook on medium heat until chocolate chips are melted.
- Stir in cocoa almonds, then pour into a lightly greased 9"x9" pan.
Coconut Layer
- Melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a pan on medium heat.
- Stir in vanilla and shredded coconut, then pour over the top of the chocolate layer.
- Top with extra almonds and coconut, then let set over night.
